Privacy Policy
We built our analytics system from scratch so your data never leaves our control. No third-party trackers. No data selling. Ever.

1. Overview
NEXT LEVEL FUNDING PARTNERS (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website nextlevelfundingpartners.lovable.app (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Site.
We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking tools. All analytics are built and hosted internally using our own database infrastructure. Your browsing data never leaves our ecosystem.
2. Information We Collect
When you visit our Site, we automatically collect the following types of information through our on-site analytics system:
Page Views & Navigation
Pages you visit, time spent on each page, scroll depth (25%, 50%, 75%, 90%, 100%), entry page, and exit page.
Session Data
Session duration, number of pages viewed per session, and whether the session resulted in a conversion (e.g., form submission, phone call).
Device & Browser Information
Device type (desktop, tablet, mobile), browser name and version, operating system, screen resolution, and language preference. This is derived from your browser's user-agent string and viewport dimensions.
Approximate Location
Country, city, and region are approximated from your IP address using a public geolocation service (ipapi.co). We do not store your raw IP address.
Marketing Attribution (UTMs)
UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, term, content) from the URL, and the referring website URL if you arrived from an external link.
Interaction Events
Button clicks, CTA clicks, navigation clicks, external link clicks, phone/email clicks, form starts, form submissions, and form abandonments.
We do NOT collect: Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, credit card information, social security number, or any other personally identifiable information (PII) through our analytics system. If you voluntarily submit a form on our Site, that data is handled separately and only for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information solely for the following internal purposes:
- To understand how visitors interact with our Site and improve user experience
- To measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and traffic sources
- To identify popular services and content so we can better serve our audience
- To detect and fix technical issues or broken user journeys
- To measure conversion rates from visitors to leads
- To analyze geographic and device trends among our audience
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
4. Anonymous Identification
We assign every visitor a randomly generated anonymous UUID (universally unique identifier). This ID is stored in your browser's localStorage and is not linked to any personal information. It allows us to distinguish new visitors from returning visitors and to understand user journeys across multiple sessions without knowing who you are.
Session identifiers are stored in sessionStorage and expire when your browser tab is closed or after 30 minutes of inactivity.
5. Cookies & Browser Storage
Our analytics system uses localStorage and sessionStorage (not traditional HTTP cookies) to store anonymous visitor IDs, session IDs, UTM parameters, consent preferences, and cached geolocation data. These storage mechanisms are strictly limited to our domain and cannot be accessed by third-party websites.
When you first visit our Site, we display a cookie consent banner. You may choose to accept or decline analytics tracking. If you decline, we still collect minimal technical data (page views and session counts) but disable device fingerprinting, geolocation, and detailed event tracking.
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not share, sell, rent, or disclose your analytics data to any third parties. The only exception is if we are required to do so by law, such as in response to a valid court order, subpoena, or government request.
Our analytics infrastructure is powered by our own backend database. No analytics data is transmitted to Google, Meta, Microsoft, or any other external analytics provider.
7. Data Retention
Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of collection, after which it is automatically purged from our systems. Raw page view and event logs may be aggregated into summary statistics before deletion.
You may request deletion of your anonymous visitor record at any time by contacting us (see Section 10). Because our IDs are anonymous, we can only delete data if you provide your visitor ID, which is visible in your browser's localStorage under the key nlfp_visitor_id.
8. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted database connections (SSL/TLS), Row-Level Security (RLS) policies to restrict data access, and authentication-required endpoints for administrative dashboards. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:
- Right to Know: You have the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how we use it.
- Right to Delete: You may request deletion of your anonymous analytics record by providing your visitor ID.
- Right to Opt-Out: You may decline analytics tracking at any time via the cookie consent banner or by clearing your browser storage for this site.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
